So there I was putting together the finishing touches to a couple of comm pack dudes when I noticed something amiss...
Spot it? Well done you at the back! The middle pack is well smaller. Different antennas, fewer handles, different patterns on the back and probably some others I have missed.
I guess the ones with the larger antennas are from the newer Cadian defence force box whereas the other one is from the much older Battleforce box. Or maybe the other way round. It doesn't really matter. I just thought that I would mention this cos it demonstrates that GW must be evolving their kits more frequently and with certain stealthiness than perhaps they are given credit for. Or not.

Finished off the last of the heavy weapon dudes that I have in the queue. Still need some more kneeling down legs though. That should be enough for now I think...

Defo enough variety to put together a couple of heavy weapon squads and to spread around command squads as required. Happy Days!

I painted a bunch of mortar dudes! The Internet tells me that they are not that great given changes to 7th, but I wanted a squad anyway.
Hopefully I will find some more kneeling down legs at some point for the missing crew member.

Properly getting into this now. Some more special weapons dudes finished. Well, apart from the bases.
I tried to do some heat effect type stuff on the heavy flamer. Not entirely sure it has worked...
So that is the last of the special weapon dudes. Enough to spread around various squads as need be.
